Everything inside the company is strictly organized because it is all on one entire system. All revision controls, reporting to documents and entry forms are in one system so any employee can access whatever they may need to view.
Technology is very important to Diemo because they rely strongly on computer and machine use. Their paper is progressively diminishing and hopefully by the middle of next year the company will be completely paperless.
Keeping with the "do it right" attitude, Diemo wants to go paperless, not just for the environment, but for the organizational methods of the company as well.
"Not only will going paperless help us with our business practice, but it will also improve the surrounding environments," Friesen says.
"We want everything in the company to look towards sustainability because it is really important to us."
Diemo intends to show its ability to live by the 'Golden Rule' in the community and internally as well.
"We strive for excellence in relationships, customer service and quality," Friesen says.
