Additionally, he frequently speaks and writes on corporate law issues.
Mr. Older received his JD in 1988 from Columbia Law School. In 1985 he received his Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He serves as the co-chairman of The Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
