Since them, the Development Corporation has set up a utility servicing agreement with the City of Penticton, formed a land taxation authority, proposed new infrastructure to prepare for future developments and started the construction of a $10 million community school, salmon hatchery and office building and new residential and business developments.

"We provide assistance in training and education to entrepreneurs, starting from business name searching, registering their business for a license and within the province and any other essential, day-to-day requirements even after the business has been established," Greno says.
