Cherie M. Dunn Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Cherie M. Dunn has published eight books of poetry and children's stories, through the Library of Congress
/Journalism and Writing PR News/ -- PORTLAND, OR, January 04, 2010 Cherie M. Dunn, Writer, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in writing.
With 17 years of professional experience, Ms. Dunn writes children's books, politics and humor. She uses her extensive travel experiences in her writing and writes about life as it happens. Prior to beginning her writing career, she worked as a nurse and psychotherapist, where she was involved with many different areas such as orthopedics, psychiatry, cardiac and surgical units.
Ms. Dunn received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1982. She is a recipient of the 2002 International Poet of Merit Award from the International Society of Poets and the 1997 Editor's Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry. In the future, she would like to have the screenplay that she is currently working on published.
