Robert W. Hutton Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Hutton utilizes his knowledge of winemaking as a writer for the American Wine Society Journal
ALEXANDRIA, VA, November 6, 2009 /Journalism and Writing PR News/ -- Robert W. Hutton, Writer for the American Wine Society Journal, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in journalism.
Robert W. Hutton has 10 years of experience as a writer for the American Wine Society Journal. His main responsibility is writing about Eastern European wineries and the techniques of winemaking. He became involved in his profession after his father suggested they plant grapes for a winery when buying property, and he attributes his success to his accuracy, research skills, ability to interact with wine makers and knowledge of the industry.
Mr. Hutton received his Master's Degree in Geography from Columbia University in 1962 and his Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Haverford College in 1954. He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators, The Wayward Tendrils, Knights of the Vine, the American Wine Society and Federation Internationale des Journalistes et Ecrivains des Vins et Spiritueux. Mr. Hutton hopes to eventually publish books on the subject of wines of Eastern Europe and work with a gentleman in the Ukraine on a dictionary of wine terms in English and Russian.
