Mr. Gatewood is currently collaborating on a film about the life of Benny Binion of the Horse Shoe Casino in Las Vegas, based on his book "The Legend of Benny Binion Dallas Gambler & Mob Boss" and is writing a screenplay based on the documentary The JFK Assassination a Mafia Hit.
Mr. Gatewood attended NTAC, Cornell College and Southern Methodist University. He is a charter member of St. David's Episcopal Church, a 32nd Degree Mason, a Shriner, and a life member of the National Rifle Association, the Dallas Screen Writers Association and the Dallas Producers Association.
