PARROTTSVILLE, TN, October 4, 2008 /Journalism and Writing PR News/ -- Victoria Whitlock, Author, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of writing.
After losing her son in Iraq, Ms. Whitlock decided to devote her energies to writing. Two years later, she published her first novel, "The American Dream," a satire and southern romance saga about two teenage friends who part ways for 21 years. In addition to writing fiction, Ms. Whitlock writes songs and currently has three songs, "Letters to a Dead Man," "Where Am I Going to Sleep Tonight" and "I'm Not Fighting," that are currently being produced and recorded by NCA Music in Nashville.
Ms. Whitlock completed coursework in accounting and is a member of WritingRoom.com. She is working on "The Homecoming," her second novel.
